Santa Fe, NM Regional Transit Service Plan
Charlier Associates, Inc. prepared the Santa Fe City and County Regional Planning Authority’s (RPA) first-ever Regional Transit Service Plan. The Plan includes a series of tools to evaluate and prioritize existing and proposed urban and rural transit service investments for dedicated sales tax funding.

This funding mechanism, passed by voters in 2008, is intended for transit service investments connecting to Rail Runner, the region’s commuter rail, and other major transit centers. The plan provides a framework for regional transit planning and decision-making through the RPA among multiple transit agencies, the City, County, MPO, and tribal stakeholders.
