Glenwood Springs Downtown Transportation Planning
Charlier Associates has been providing consulting services to the City of Glenwood Springs for over fifteen years. We conducted a survey and analysis of through traffic completed in 1999, we helped prepare a downtown plan completed in 2000, and we helped develop a plan for the Confluence Area completed in 2003. Rifle Downtown TOD Strategic Plan
Charlier Associates, Inc. led a multi-disciplinary team on a large downtown redevelopment project in Rifle, CO. The project was funded with a HUD Regional Challenge Grant and TIGER II funding. The project was overseen by a project steering committee made up of representatives from local, regional and national public agencies. With help from the committee, the project team identified several catalytic large and small opportunity sites for redevelopment downtown. The development plan incorporates strong place-making design components and is backed by a thorough analysis of economic trends and forecasts.
