Minnesota APA

On September 23, Jim Charlier was the keynote speaker at the annual conference of the Minnesota chapter of the American Planning Association.  The theme of the conference this year, held in Mankato, was “Planning in a New Decade.”  Jim’s speech (funded by Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota)  was entitled “Not Your Father’s Transportation System.”  The APA conference was well attended in spite of heavy rains in the area, with about 400 planners from across the state.
