Tucson Smart Growth
Jim Charlier spoke to a group of policymakers and local leaders in Tucson on October 30. The gathering, hosted by Tucson Ward 3 Councilperson and Vice-Mayor Karin Uhlich and attended by representatives of the Arizona Governor’s Office (Shannon Scutari), Arizona DOT (Tucson District Engineer Greg Gentsch), and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Teresa Brice), was evidence of active interest in Arizona in smart growth and sustainability.
Jim spoke on the subject of “Smart Growth and Mobility: Opportunities for Arizona and Pima County.”
