Comprehensive Transportation Plan in Kapalua, Maui.......

One of Charlier Associates' projects is a comprehensive planning effort for the world-renowned Kapalua Resort on the west coast of Maui.  More than 100 miles of roads and trails above and around Kapalua will gradually be opened up as natural playgrounds to be experienced.  Charlier Associates is responsible for this work.
